The Rundown

Just north of Downtown San Francisco, the Meadow Club is a refuge in the Bon Tempe Meadow on Mt. Tamalpais. The Meadow Club is Alister MacKenzie's first design in the United States and also MacKenzie's first collaboration with Robert Hunter. The private club offers some of the finest architecture in Northern California and is an absolute treat to play. Mike DeVries has been executing a long-term restoration plan of the club since 1999 with help from superintendent Sean Tully. The course continues to improve and regain its spot amongst the greatest golf courses in the United States. The Meadow Club is a course that you would be lucky to play everyday and if afforded the opportunity to see, one should jump at.
